CaseMaster© now integrates with Whatapp - 9 Knots

9 knots has worked closely with CueDesk to allow bi-directional integration with Whatspp. CaseMaster© can now trigger CueDesk Whatsapp chats and retrieve customer Whatsapp responses.

Conversion rates for Whatsapp messages and chats can be significantly higher than other communication channels.
